BRoot caps are built to last and to retain their shape. Made with high quality cotton and lined, the four outside panels feature top stitching and there are two rows of stitching around the bottom. The bill has four rows of top stitching and one inner layer of cotton canvas. If you like an extra thick bill and want two layers of canvas, just let me know!

Build your custom cap with your choice of :

• Size

• Crown height

• Solid color or print

• Thread color

• Custom embroidery

We offer eight cap sizes ranging from 7-1/8 (22 1/2 inches) to 8 (25 1/2 inches). Crown height comes in shallow (above the ears) or deep (over the ears). We offer any solid color imaginable. If you like prints, check out the prints we have to offer on our prints page. Want a certain thread color? Let us know!

Pricing & shipping

Solid cap with standard (black) thread = $18

Solid cap with choice of any colored thread = $20

Printed cap with standard (black) thread = $22

Printed cap with choice of any colored thread = $24

Custom embroidery = $4 per cap

Shipping = $5

If you indicate on your order form that you want to pay via check or cash, I will provide you with our mailing address when I email your invoice.

If you work with my husband and he’s delivering your caps, you may give him your payment if you choose check or cash. The above digital payment options will be accepted too and you will not be charged for shipping.
